It's Trendy Tuesday!
There is no question that one of the most important things to us is our cell phones. Not only is it our phone, but it's our computer, it's our mail, it's how we connect with our friends, it's our gaming system, it's our map, it's our library, it's our camera and it's our photo album. Our phone is important to us. So, how important should be the design of our phone, aka, our phone case?
I personally have had my phone for almost 2 years and I have 2 cases. One of them I actually bought as a Christmas gift, but they ended up giving it back to me. However, I know plenty of you out there have multiple phone cases (like a shoe box full) and love buying a new one every month.
Y'all, that can get expensive! Especially if you are buying those cases from the service provider or the mall kiosk. Because I'm not too knowledgable about this topic I did what any 23 year old would do, I googled it and this is some of what I found;
So, here is what I am thinking... If you MUST buy a new phone case every month then why not buy them from discounts websites like amazon or aliexpress, or maybe even ebay! You can get phone cases for about $3. Or if you are too cool for that and want a unique phone case and you think spending $10 a month a phone case is worth it, (it's not) then you can sign up for PhoneCaseOfTheMonth.com.
BUT here is an even better idea! Why not take the money that we would have spent on buying phone cases to help pay for our actual phone bill? I mean unless you have a super sweet deal, metro, or a pay as you go phone, your bill is probably around $100 a month. I know mine is! :( Maybe your parents are still paying your phone bill, so you don't have to worry about it right now. Well, thats awesome, but one day, I promise, they are gonna cut you off of their plan and make you pay up. (Thanks a lot mom.) So, in order to be more prepared, save that extra cash so you can still have a working phone instead of a really cool looking phone.
If you have any great ways to cut back on phone bills, save money or a great website for cheap phone cases, let me know! Hit me up on social media, and help me out, I'm tired of spending $100 a month on my phone bill! Thanks in advance.
