5 Great Ways to Celebrate St. Patty’s Day in Michigan

St. Patty’s Day is this weekend and there are celebrations happening all over Michigan. Pull out your greenest gear and celebrate with your fellow Michiganders! Who knows, you may even stumble upon a pot of gold.

 

1.     Irish on Ionia | Grand Rapids 7 a.m. to 11p.m.

The events begin at 7 a.m. and is known as the largest St. Patrick’s street party. There’s a breakfast buffet to start the event and admission is from $15 to $55.

 

2.     Holland St. Patrick’s Day Parade | Downtown Holland starts at 12 p.m.

Irish dancers, floats, and fun! This is a parade you don’t want to miss. It’s a family friendly event for all.

 

3. St. Patrick's Day Family Fun and Party at Beacon Park in Detroit      

This event takes place on Saturday from 1pm tp 11pm and it's totally free. There will be Irish face painting, dancing, and crafts. 

 

4. Leprechaun Parade | Ann Arbor

The event is from 11:00 a.m to 11:30 a.m. the route will take you along the shopping strip. Plus, there are activities leading up to the parade.
