Yesterday, I had the pleasure of being a judge in the first ever Michigan First High School Marketing Contest! Three teams of high school students -- two from South Lake High School, one from Lake Shore High School -- presented a marketing plan to a panel of Michigan First judges.
The marketing plan was supposed to highlight the reasons why 16 to 18 year olds should choose Michigan First to do their banking. All teams did a great job presenting their website, Facebook page, TV commercial, and radio spot.
First place went to the team from Lake Shore, with their campaign "You Only Live Once (YOLO)." "Three Easy Steps" from South Lake came in second, followed by South Lake's "Dream Team Elements" in third.
Congrats to all the participants -- you're all fantastic!
