So, Thanksgiving has come and gone, and all of the leftovers are probably gone too. I myself fell into some cheesecake temptation over the weekend. I don't even like cheesecake and I ate 1/2 of one! WHY? It was delicious. Anyways, we can't forget about keeping ourselves fit this Holiday season, physically and financially.
