This year, instead of making a huge list of resolutions or goals, I decided to make three categories of resolutions. This way, as I write my personal goals, I can make sure they fit into my overall plan for the year!
Whether you are a believer in New Year’s resolutions or not, I highly encourage you to evaluate what you want to achieve in 2016 and think about what you can do to reach those goals.
Here are a few of my New Year’s resolutions to help give you some inspiration for your own.
- Keep a Positive Attitude
Be confident in my capabilities and the dreams I have for myself
Limit time on social media every day
Be more selfless
- Learn New Things
Go somewhere I’ve never been
Cook food that is new to me
Take a class of some sort
- Have more Impact
As many of you know, my term as the Young & Free Spokester comes to an end in the spring. I get asked a lot of questions about what my plans are after I am the Spokester. I will be honest and say that I have a lot of different ideas in my head of what I want to do. But for now, I will just put on my New Year’s resolution list that I want to confidently step out and use this transition in my life as an opportunity for change and progress.
Do you have any New Year’s resolutions? Let me know your number one goal for 2016!
Keeping it Fresh, Young & Free,
