Today’s recipe isn’t necessarily a traditional Thanksgiving inspired recipe. However, last year AnJolo and I were eating a pescatarian diet, meaning we ate no red meat or poultry. we only ate fish. So, we ate salmon for Thanksgiving dinner. This looks like a super easy, and fairly inexpensive recipe to try out! It might be a nice way to impress a date too, that is if they like salmon.

My favorite part of this recipe is the presentation. It looks so fancy! To make this delicious meal you will need:
- Salmon fillets
- Fresh green beans
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- Fresh lemon juices
- Grape tomatoes
- A pot, a baking sheet
- A stove and oven
Looks like this meal would probably take me about 30-45minutes to put together, which isn't too bad. I'm excited to cook this meal for me and my hubby! Don't save the delicious food for thanksgiving, as Steve, the Manager of Digital Marketing at Michigan First would say, "Live deliciously."
Are you going to try this recipe out? Let me know! Big thanks to CookingClassy.com for the yummy inspiration.
