6 Ways to Workout Without Paying for a Gym Membership

DIY Weights 

Use everyday house hold items as your weights. Things like water bottles, a bag of pet food, a bag of potatoes, or a milk jug are great substitutes.

Do a search for fun and interactive workout videos. You'll have a free personal trainer at your finger tips.

Use a beach towel or purchase a mat from places like 5 and below for less than $5. You can use this for all of your workouts and take it on the go.

Use the good ole outdoors as your gym. You can walk to run for exercise. You can walk up outdoor steps and use hills to your advantage.
